Conceived as a “home base” for the humanities, this project is a cornerstone of Boston College’s institutional master plan and is designed to support the community-centered liberal arts values of a Jesuit education. In addition to humanities departments, the building will contain 36 classrooms, core student services, amenities, and gathering spaces for formal and informal activities.

• Design extends the English Collegiate Gothic tradition of the Middle Campus.
• Will create a new center for the liberal arts community, providing greater opportunities for student and faculty interaction outside of the classroom.
• Program is distributed in two four-story wings connected by a two-story link.
• LEED-Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council is anticipated.
